Photographs and video footage

Photographs and/or video footage may be taken during events and activities organised by the KNCV, Jong KNCV and its divisions. These photographs and/or videos may be published on www.kncv.nl, jong.kncv.nl, other KNCV websites and/or social media. By attending an event, you agree that photographs and/or videos may be taken and published on KNCV websites and/or social media.

If you have any comments regarding this policy, please contact the programme coordinator (programmacoordinator@kncv.nl) at least one week before the start of the event or activity.

Cancellation policy for participants

Substitutions may be made at any time by notifying the programme coordinator (programmacoordinator@kncv.nl) in writing of any change of name. Cancellations must be notified in writing to the symposium secretariat. The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the event: the full registration fee will be refunded, minus a €50.00 administration fee. If 40% of the total amount is less than €50.00, this amount will cover the administration fee.
Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the start of the event: 50 per cent of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the event: no refund can be granted.
