Jong KNCV Café

The Jong KNCV Café is an initiative of Jong KNCV that aims to connect young chemists and student associations in an accessible way.

Each event is hosted in a different location across the Netherlands in collaboration with at least one other student association, giving everyone the opportunity to attend or help organize one of the gatherings. Each event focuses on a different topic, which is introduced in a short presentation by a speaker from the professional field or a researcher. Afterwards, while enjoying snacks and drinks, participants take part in a fun pub quiz organized by the partner student association(s).

Jong KNCV Café - 17 november in Nijmegen

On Tuesday, 17 November, we're hosting another Jong KNCV Café! This edition will take place at Wijnbar Lebowski in Nijmegen, in collaboration with the KNCV section MCCB.

Kim Bonger will give a talk entitled ‘Chemical Tools to Study Biological Immune Processes’. A great opportunity to gain new insights, meet fellow young chemists, and connect over drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

Participation fee: Free for Jong KNCV members, €5 for non-members
