Shalendra Roepan

Education
Molecular Biology Engineer - Higher Laboratory Education in Leiden & Rotterdam

Work experience
After completing his studies, he began working at the Leiden University Medical Center in the Department of Human Genetics. There, he conducted research into hereditary forms of breast cancer, supported by the KFW Fund.

By employing the latest molecular biological techniques, they conducted fundamental research at the DNA, RNA, and protein levels. It was an instructive period during which he gained a great deal of innovative knowledge in the field of life science research.

Subsequently, he made a career switch from the laboratory to the corporate world, partly because he sought greater breadth in his personal and professional development. This enabled him to further express his latent qualities and gain extensive knowledge of people and international markets.

Since then, he has held various people-oriented advisory roles within Research & Diagnostics.
