Work experience
After completing my studies in Biochemistry (HLO), I worked for five years as a research technician in plant biotechnology. Realizing after some time that my ambitions lay within the Life Sciences sector but not in the laboratory, I pursued various marketing courses and began working as a Technical Service Representative for a major supplier specializing in products for Life Science research and diagnostics. Subsequently, I made the move into recruitment, a field in which I have been active since 2000. My early years focused primarily on recruiting laboratory personnel, while recent years have seen a stronger emphasis on technical roles.
