Work experience 
After completing my studies, I started working at DSM. I was a business analyst at the Innovation Center, involved in investments DSM made in start-ups as well as innovative technologies and ideas. Subsequently, I worked in management consulting, first as an organizational consultant at Tibbe Company and later at KPMG, where I focused on the healthcare sector. 

In my work as a management consultant, I was heavily involved in change projects within the healthcare sector. Recognizing the importance of the ‘human side of change’ and how crucial it is to involve employees and professionals in successfully implementing change I decided to train as a coach. To further develop my expertise, I completed a Master’s program in Coaching in Oxford. I now primarily coach young professionals:  www.maaiketaconis.com
