Work experience
mmediately after completing my studies, I entered the world of recruitment and staffing. I began my career at the secondment agency TMC, where I worked as an account manager for five years. Subsequently, I spent nearly three years working as a commercial manager for microreactors at Chemtrix.
I founded Chemploy in 2014 in response to market demand for permanent placement services within the chemicals and life sciences sectors. Through Chemploy, I focus on connecting professionals with companies in the chemicals, food, pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech industries across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, facilitating placements in technical, scientific, commercial, and management roles.
