Spotlight award
Are you a PhD student who wants to present your research in a powerful and impactful way? Do you want to improve your communication skills and stand a chance of winning €500? Then the Jong KNCV Spotlight Prize is for you!
Present your research in a creative one-minute video pitch. A professional jury will select three finalists from all the entries. These selected PhD students will have the opportunity to present their research in a three-minute pitch to the audience at the *Avond van de Chemie* (Evening of Chemistry). This is the perfect opportunity to share your work on a stage that has previously hosted impressive speakers such as Patricia Dankers, Chris Slootweg, Gerard van Westen, Tom van Aken, Ben Feringa, and many others.
The winner is chosen by the audience present and receives the Spotlight Prize, €500, and the opportunity to make an Eye-Opener recording. The other two finalists each receive €250.
The Spotlight Prize is sponsored by Ardena, a company specializing in drug development.
